Windows Narrator Basics

Windows Narrator is a built in screen reading and text-to-speech feature. It lets you use your PC without a mouse to complete common tasks, and is designed to give PC access to people who are blind or vision impaired. It reads and interacts with items on the screen, such as text and buttons.
To start Windows Narrator, press Windows key + Control + Enter. Press this combination of keys again to stop Windows Narrator.
