Starred Email Messages in Gmail

In Gmail, you can add a star to your email messages, a bit like follow up flags in Outlook.
So you can mark it, before more email messages come in and it gets lost in the list.
You can then easily get a list of all your starred emails.
To add a star to an email message, just position on the message in the Inbox and press S. A visual star is added to your email message, which is announced by screen readers.
You can then press G then S to Go to your Starred email messages.
Note: If you use a screen reader, you may need to switch the “virtual cursor” off so you can use Starred shortcuts. Press Insert (or Caps Lock) + Z in JAWS or Insert (or Caps Lock) + Space in NVDA and Narrator.
Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox work the same as Google Chrome for starred email messages in Gmail.
