Selecting a Row or Column in an Excel Spreadsheet

To select a whole row in an Excel Spreadsheet, press Shift + Spacebar.
To select a whole column in an Excel Spreadsheet, press Control + Spacebar.
Once you have a whole row or column selected, you can do various things, like changing format, adding rows/columns, etc, much quicker.
