Windows has an On-Screen Keyboard feature that can be operated in the absence of a physical keyboard, or by someone who has difficulty using a physical keyboard. It is a full keyboard, displayed on the screen, including the option of a Number Pad. It is operated using the mouse or touchscreen.
There is also the option of scanning the keys, where a switch or the Spacebar can be used to choose the row, section and then the key itself. And it supports text prediction while typing.
The On-Screen Keyboard is enabled by pressing Control + Windows key + O. And switched off by pressing the same shortcut again.
