These shortcuts generally work anywhere you are reading/editing text (from Word to Web).
Press Left and Right Arrow keys to move a character at a time.
Press Up and Down Arrow keys to move a line at a time.
Press Control + Left or Right Arrow keys to move a word at a time.
Press Control + Up or Down Arrow keys to move a paragraph at a time.
Press Home key to get to the beginning of a line.
Press End key to get to the end of a line.
Press Control + Home to get to the beginning of a document/webpage.
Press Control + End to get to the end of a document/webpage.
Then these are more specific to MS Word, but may work in other applications as well.
Press Page Up or Page Down to move a screen of text at a time.
Press Control + Page Up or Page Down to move a page at a time.
