To move an email message, first position on the message in the Inbox and press X to select. You can do this for multiple email messages, if needed.
Then press V for the Move to menu. You can now start typing the name of the folder, then/or Arrow down in the list. Press Enter once you have selected the folder, and the email message will be moved.
When you move an email, you have a few moments to change your mind as there is an Undo link that you can click on, or you can just press Z to Undo the move.
Note: If you use a screen reader, you may need to switch the “virtual cursor” off so you can use Move shortcut. Press Insert (or Caps Lock) + Z in JAWS or Insert (or Caps Lock) + Space in NVDA and Narrator.
Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox work the same as Google Chrome for deleting email messages in Gmail.
