Indenting Paragraphs in Gmail

When composing a message in Gmail, you may want to indent a paragraph. This means creating a space between the paragraph and the left margin, usually in order to make it stand out.
To increase the indent, position on the paragraph and press Control + Right Square Bracket.
To decrease the indent, position on the paragraph and press Control + Left Square Bracket.
Square bracket keys, [ and ], are usually to the left of the letter P on a standard keyboard.
Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox work the same as Google Chrome for indenting paragraphs in Gmail. However, if you use a screen reader, Google Chrome seems to give the best indication of indenting at this point.
