Function keys F9

In Microsoft Word, F9 updates fields in a document, for example, when refreshing a table of contents.
In Microsoft Excel, F9 recalculates formulas in the current spreadsheet, and Shift + F9 recalculates the current worksheet.
In Microsoft Outlook, F9 sends and receives emails.
In Microsoft PowerPoint, Shift + F9 shows or hides gridlines on slides.
In Microsoft Edge and Firefox, press F9 to open Immersive Reader, so you can simplify the display of text on a webpage and use features like Read Aloud.
