Function Keys F10

In Windows applications, pressing F10 activates the menu bar or Ribbons (same behaviour as pressing the Alt key). Pressing F10 (or Alt) again moves away from the menu bar or Ribbons.
Shift + F10 in Windows applications is equivalent to a right mouse click, giving a context menu with options relevant to the current focus.
