Create an Embedded Chart in an Excel Spreadsheet

You can create a chart in the same place as your data.
Select your data for the chart and press Alt + F1 to create the chart.
Sometimes, you may find that it is created on top of the data, so press Control + X to cut the chart from its current position, move to a free part of the spreadsheet and press Control + V to paste it.
If you lose focus of your chart, to get it back press Control + G, Tab to Special and press Enter, then Arrow Down to Object and press Enter.
