Source Code and Developer Tools in Chrome

Press Control + U to view the source code of the current Web page. This opens in a new tab. Press Control + W to close this Tab, when finished.
Press F12 to open the Developer Tools, which gives more in depth information about the code and layout of the Web page. Press F12 again to exit the developer tools.
These shortcuts are the same in Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.
