Press Windows + U to go directly to the Accessibility section of Windows settings.
Here you can adjust many things including:
Text size: Make text larger throughout the Windows interface.
Visual effects: Adjust scrollbars, transparency and animation effects.
Mouse pointer and touch: Adjust the visual properties of the mouse pointer and touch indicator.
Text cursor: Make the cursor easier to see when typing.
Magnifier: Windows built in magnification tool.
Colour filters: Make colours on the screen easier to see and differentiate.
Contrast Themes: Improve visibility and comfort when viewing the screen.
Narrator: Windows built in screen reading tool.
Audio: Make the device easier to hear or use without sound.
Captions: Make the device easier to use without sound by displaying audio as text.
Speech: Use your voice to type and control your device.
Keyboard: Adjust keyboard behaviour.
Mouse: Adjust mouse behaviour.
Eye control: EnableĀ use of eyes to control theĀ device.
Arrow Down through the settings, pressing Enter on the one you want to adjust. Then use Tab to move through the options.
