Line Breaks and Page Breaks in Word

We all know that pressing Enter in Word starts a new paragraph.
For a line break without starting a new paragraph, also known as a soft return, press Shift + Enter. This will start a new line directly underneath the previous line, without any paragraph spacing. Soft returns can be used when entering lines of an address.
If you want a line to start on a new page, press Control + Enter for a page break.
