Although emails can be accessed directly through a web browser like Mozilla Firefox, it is more accessible and easier to organise your email when you use an email client, such as Outlook.

To open Outlook, press the Windows key and type Outlook, then press Enter.

Alternatively, you may have a shortcut on the desktop. In this case, press Windows key + D, then press O for Outlook (or the first letter of your desktop shortcut to the Outlook software). Once the Outlook email is selected, press Enter.

Closing Outlook

To close an individual email message, press Escape.

To close the Outlook application, press Alt + F4.
